In it’s effort to ensure a hitch free conduct of examination, the Lagos State Universal Basic Education Board (LASUBEB) embacked on monitoring the annual transition Examination for Primary Six (6) Pupils of Public and Private Schools.
The Board’s Secretary, Mr. Hakeem Lamidi expressed satisfaction with conduct of the exercise while monitoring, the conduct of the Examination as contained in a statement by the spoke persons of the outfit.
While monitoring some centres in Surulere LGEA, he noted that the State was committed to ensure that no child ieft out behind in accessing quality Basic Education, adding that every child in the transition class in Primary Schools is eligible to write the examination irrespective of their background and status.
He added that questions were transmitted into Braille versions for candidates with visual impairment to support and provided to physically challenged pupils, so as to cater to as many learners as possible.
The Board’s Secretary, commended the State Examination Board for the strategy applied to ensure a seamless exercise.T
