Kano: NASU Mourns Fallen Lawmakers

The Non-Academic Staff Union (NASU) has joined the people of Kano State in mourning the death of two members of the Kano State House of Assembly, Hon. Aminu Sa’adu Ungogo and Hon. Sarki Aliyu Daneji, describing their passing as a tragic and irreparable loss.

In a condolence message issued in Kano, the State Chairman of the Union, Comrade Aminu Maikudi, expressed profound sorrow over the deaths, noting that the late lawmakers served their constituencies with dedication and commitment.

Comrade Maikudi conveyed the Union’s condolences to the Kano State Governor, His Excellency Alhaji Abba Kabir Yusuf, the Speaker of the Kano State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Jibrin Ismail Falgore, members of the Assembly, as well as the families and associates of the deceased.

He said the loss goes beyond the immediate families, stressing that Kano State and its people have lost two experienced representatives whose contributions will be remembered.

The Union prayed to Almighty Allah to forgive the shortcomings of the departed lawmakers, grant them eternal rest in Aljannatul Firdaus, and give their families the strength and patience to bear the great loss.
